Over the years we have installed our incienrators in a wide range of ISO containers- ranging from 10 x 10ft mesh sided versions designed for air-transportation right through to larger systems where the auto-loader and additional accessories are supplied in an additional container.
Mobile incinerator options
Trailer mounted
We use a selection of maunfacturers in the UK, Europe and Worldwide to ensure you haver the right trailer for your region. All trailers we select have plenty of additional space to carry extra items of equipment such as generator sets, fuel and other equipment.
The trailer itself can have fixed headboard and sides with the choice of a drop tailboard or a loading ramp. Chassis, framework and panels are protected for maximum durability. The platform is hard wearing resin-coated high density plywood or steel plate.
Containerised incinerator
All our standard models up to the I8-250 can be installed inside a 20ft container. This allows the system to be easily relocated in one lift to a new location. The added security given to the equipment and the fact it provides safety to other people around are 2 reasons customers choose containerisation.
We have also provided larger configurations in multiple 40ft containers to house more turnkey waste solutions. Many of our containerised systems have an integrated fuel tank, generator and control panel.
Skid mounted
For larger models, on-skid, platform type installation is available. The platform is designed in a way so it can accomodate the incinerator and related equipment, including fuel tanks and generator within its footprint.
Specially designed lifting points ensure full mobility of this solution. it is possible to operate on a truck trailer without unloading it*. A hinged chimney option is also available to assure minimum transport preparation time. (*bespoke design required)
